Usage Limits

Each plan has its own file size, storage, and retention limits. Current limits for each plan are described on our Plans page. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time; continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated limits.

Service Availability

• • No Service Level Agreement (SLA) unless separately agreed in writing
• • Best-effort uptime with no guaranteed availability
• • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
• • Rate limiting may be applied during high usage periods

We Are Not Liable For

• • Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access
• • Service interruptions or downtime
• • Misuse of shared files by recipients
• • Third-party access or data breaches
• • Legal consequences of your content
• • Damages from service use or inability to use
• • Compliance with industry-specific regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, CCPA, or others) that may apply to content you share — regulatory compliance is your responsibility

Terms Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use means you accept the modified terms.

Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without notice, for any reason including breach of these terms.

Eligibility & Verification

• • The discount is available to registered nonprofits, charities, NGOs, humanitarian organizations, and environmental or conservation groups
• • Eligibility is verified through public registration records, charity numbers, or equivalent documentation
• • Comfyfile reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion
• • Social enterprises qualify only if their primary mission is social or environmental impact

Discount Terms

• • The 50% discount applies to Pro and Enterprise workspace plans with the same features, limits, and controls as full-price plans
• • The discount remains active as long as your organization continues to qualify and you maintain an active subscription
• • We may periodically re-verify eligibility (typically annually)
• • The discount applies to new subscriptions and renewals; it is not retroactive

Changes & Revocation

• • Comfyfile reserves the right to modify the discount percentage, eligibility criteria, or program terms at any time
• • Changes to the program apply to both new and existing discount recipients
• • We will provide reasonable notice before applying changes that affect existing discounted subscriptions
• • If your organization no longer qualifies, the discount will be removed and standard pricing will apply at your next billing cycle
• • The For Good program may be discontinued entirely at our discretion, with notice provided to current participants
